Spacious Top Floor Apartment Offers Views Of Tyger Waterfront And Waterways

An upmarket, modern and spacious apartment which offers a waterfront view and is situated in an excellent area will soon be auctioned by the Michael James Organisation, as instructed by the liquidators in the matter of Erf 1252 Marine Drive (Pty) Ltd (In Liquidation), Masters Reference: C1230/2011.

The large top floor apartment is located at the Tyger Waterfront, which is rapidly developing into “the address to have”, according to the auction house’s Paula Voges.

The mixed-use development includes residential, commercial, office, retail and leisure components. “It is strategically positioned close to the Tyger Valley and Willowbridge shopping centres, and allows easy and unencumbered access from the N1 highway,” she says.

The apartment will be auctioned on site at Unit 56, Tyger Falls 1, Niagra Road, Tygerberg Waterfront, at 11.15am on Friday, 5 July. It may be viewed between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday, 30 June.

The terms and conditions of the auction include a 10 percent deposit plus the auctioneer’s commission payable on the fall of the hammer, with the balance required on transfer, she says. A copy of each prospective bidder’s identity document and proof of residence will be required for auction registration.
