Yellow metal assets, trailers, trucks and LDVs on offer in civils company sale

Michael James Organisation will auction the assets of Westland Civils CC (In Liquidation), Master’s Reference No.  C820/2017, on behalf of the joint liquidators – and all the assets must be sold on the day.

This is according to the auction house’s Brigette Hindley, who adds that the auction will take place at 10.30am on Thursday, 24 May, at Michael James Organisation’s head office, 63 Victoria Street, Somerset West.

The items on offer will include a 2012 Bell digger loader 315 SJ 4x4; a 2014 Bell digger loader 315 SK 4x4; a 2010 Bell digger loader 315 SJ Turbo 4x4; a 2007 Bell digger loader 315 SG Turbo 4x4; a 2007 Bell drum roller 315 B110C; a 2004 CAT digger loader 424D; a 2014 Bell 230E excavator; and a 2012 Hino tipper 300 814 5pd.

Also going under the hammer will be a  2010 Toyota Quantum 2.7; a 2018 Chevrolet Utility 1.4; two Toyota Hilux SRX D-D 2.5K 4x2s; a 2003 Toyota Dyna; seven assorted Toyota Hilux LDVs; a 2010 Opel Corsa  1.7 DTi; and a 2009 Toyota Corolla 1.6, to name a few, Hindley says. 

The auction assets may be viewed between 9am and 3pm on Tuesday, 22 May, and Wednesday, 23 May. The full catalogue will soon be available.

A R25 000 refundable registration deposit is required from each bidder and this must reflect in the auctioneer’s bank account before the auction, says Hindley.
