Double-Storey Milnerton Ridge Home Available In Deceased Estate Auction
The double-storey home, which is located in Milnerton Ridge, will be auctioned on instruction from the executors in the matter of Estate Late Vuyisa Mwahla, Masters Reference: 4142/2013, Matiwane says.
The property at 58 Milnerton Drive, Milnerton (Erf 12724), has a total extent of 909m², and the home offers generously proportioned rooms, multiple entertainment areas and four bedrooms, he adds. “Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and master suite also has a fireplace Additional features include a swimming pool, a studio and double-volume rooms with exposed ceiling beams.”
The auction will be held on site at 58 Milnerton Drive, Milnerton Ridge, at 11.15am on Friday, 12 July. The property may be viewed between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday, 7 July.

The terms and conditions of the auction include a 10 percent deposit plus commission on the fall of the hammer, with the balance payable on transfer. A copy of each bidder’s identity document and proof of residence will be required for auction registration.
